A true sign that winter's on its way is the rare glimpse of wood being delivered. And I mean wooden logs being delivered, for that roaring fire...
But rather than yearn for those summer days, those lazy days, the picnics, warm evenings, like so many of us tend to do, why not look forward to those cosy winter fires... What's not to love: wearing those thick chunky jumpers, drinking hot chocolate by the fire, eating wholesome winter warmers, toasting marshmallows on the open fire... The family together. And just watching those flames flicker and dance away...
