Right, come on! Monday morning, so let's kick this week off as we mean to go on!
Now the clocks have gone back, the days are rapidly getting shorter...
The darker it gets, the colder it gets, the easier it is to grab for that comfort food, those quick fixes, that bar of chocolate, snap I hear it crack, stop it!
but sometimes the thrill is so short lived... as within a short space of time you feel hungry all over again, it just does not satisfy...
So why not try out this healthy sandwich? You never know, you might just like it!
Filled with easy to find ingredients including salmon, avocado, soft cheese, pepper, strawberries, watercress and a sprinkling of herbs all on fresh wholemeal bread. Sounds delicious, right?
